 It
is slowly turning to autumn here. The nights get dark around 7 pm
now, and soon it will be dark by 5 pm! Then it will start to snow!
(We love the snow!) But for now it is cooling down and people are
preparing for the fall season. Children and students have returned
to school and the universities. Summer has wound down and people
are getting back to their normal routines.
RADIO
Wayne and I were invited to record six
sessions for the Springs of Life weekly radio program here in Lviv
for the month of August. This region has more than a million people
and this program has a listenership that extends even to towns in
the next region, so it has the potential of reaching many people.
I taught on Healing and Wayne taught
on Righteousness and Faith for his sessions. It was so much fun
doing the radio broadcast. It was easy and we enjoyed it so much we
are looking into going on radio ourselves. It will enable us to
reach more people with the Word of God.
Although many of the pastors attend
Bible school, there is little here for continuing education. They
need an ongoing supply of fresh teaching and revelation from the
Word of God. We can reach more people with radio and printed
materials and encourage and strengthen pastors and church members
through these media.
GUEST MISSIONARIES
Kevin and Annette Ahalt, from Saginaw,
TX came in late August and conducted two Healing school seminars,
one in Lviv, and one in Chevonegrad. The meetings were successful.
There were 22 salvations in Lviv, and 26 received the Baptism of the
Holy Spirit. They had good meetings here in the nation of Ukraine
and we look forward to having them come back again next year!
HEALING SCHOOL CONTINUES
I asked the pastor in Chevonegrad if
he was interested in continuing Healing school on Tuesday nights and
he quickly welcomed me to begin. I am training new translators and
ministry teams on Tuesday nights as I teach on How to Receive and
Minister Healing.
ON THE ROAD
 Both
Wayne and I are preaching out on Sundays now. Wayne is in a new
church each Sunday, and I now have a separate itinerary. I am
teaching on the Power of Words and Healing when I preach on
Sundays. It is new for me, but I am enjoying it immensely! I love
training up new ministers and I am building a team to go with me so
they can learn and have ministry experience. I am excited about
what God is doing.
CONFERENCES
Wayne has been asked to speak in
Pastors conferences in Lviv and in Petitichin, near Uzgarod in the
Trans-Carpathian mountains. He teaches and exhorts these pastors
who are laboring in the harvest fields of Ukraine.
SEMINARS
We have scheduled monthly seminars in
Chevonegrad through December. This church is hungry and we have an
open door to minister there. We expect great things from this
investment of ministry. It is a prime location for expansion into
other regions. Seminar topics: Building Family Relationships, Life
of Abundance, Prayer and Gifts of the Holy Spirit!

and Basim Ziara, an Iraqi-born minister of the gospel, will be
teaching on End Times (November)
